Job description

1. Responsible for the design and development of switching power supplies and LED drivers, including but not limited to LLC, Boost, Flyback and other power architectures.

2. Design and implement digital dimming power products that comply with the DALI protocol according to market demand.

3. Use AD software to independently complete PCB design to ensure the electrical performance and reliability of the product.

4. Conduct power supply theory design and select appropriate key components to optimize product performance.

5. Analyze circuit loops and design new circuits to solve technical problems and enhance product competitiveness.

6. Independently responsible for the development of new product projects to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.

7. Participate in product testing and debugging, solve technical problems that arise during the production process, and ensure product quality.

Job Requirements

1. Have a college degree or above in electronics-related majors.

2. At least 5 years of experience in switching power supply or LED driver design, familiar with LLC, Boost, Flyback power supply architecture.

3. Familiar with DALI protocol and related digital dimming power supply development.

4. Proficient in AD software and able to complete PCB design independently.

5. Have good English reading and writing skills and can read English technical materials independently.

6. Have a solid theoretical foundation in power supply and be able to design key components according to product requirements.

7. Be quick-thinking, have the ability to analyze loops, and be able to design new circuit solutions.

8. Have the ability to independently carry out new product projects, and those with experience in mass production of high-power power supplies will be given priority.

1. Responsible for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the product quality control system to ensure that the products meet the quality standards.

2. Analyze customer feedback and quality issues, formulate and implement improvement measures to improve product quality.

3. Work closely with the R&D team to carry out quality planning and verification in the new product development stage to ensure that the design meets quality requirements.

4. Develop and update inspection standards and procedures to guide quality control activities in the production process.

Job Requirements

1. Have 3 years or more of experience in quality engineering or quality management in related industries.

3. Familiar with the basic knowledge of digital electronics (digital circuits) and analog electronics (analog circuits), and be able to independently complete the design and analysis of electronic circuits.
