Job description

1. Responsible for daily communication with customers, understanding customer needs, and timely feedback to relevant departments;
4. Regularly organize sales data, complete sales reports, and put forward improvement suggestions for problems in the sales process;
5. Coordinate internal resources to solve the problems encountered by customers in the order processing process and improve customer satisfaction;
6. Develop new customers, maintain relationships with old customers, and expand market share.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, business administration and other related majors is preferred;
