Job description

1. Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of production processes to ensure that production targets are achieved;

2. Optimize production processes, improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce production costs;

3. Manage the production team, including personnel training, performance appraisal, etc., to build an efficient team culture;

4. Coordinate communication and collaboration between the production department and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of production plans;

5. Analyze problems that arise during the production process and develop effective solutions;

6. Pay attention to industry trends, introduce advanced production technology and management concepts, and promote corporate technological innovation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, mechanical engineering or related majors is preferred;

2. Good organizational and coordination skills, able to independently solve problems in the production process;

3. Strong learning ability and innovative spirit, with keen insight into new technologies;

4. Excellent team management experience, able to stimulate team potential and improve overall work efficiency;

5. Good communication skills, able to play an active role in cross-departmental cooperation;

6. Bachelor degree is sufficient, no restrictions on work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
