Good News || Done Power Verification Center Awarded CNAS Laboratory Accreditation by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment

To ensure the quality and reliability of our LED driver products, the company established a verification center in 2013, which successfully passed the CNAS on-site assessment in 2023.  

 

 

Taking Responsibility, Continuous Improvement 

 

Done Power Verification Center covers an area of nearly 2,000 square meters and includes several professional laboratories such as electrical performance laboratory, safety regulation laboratory, electromagnetic compatibility laboratory, environmental reliability laboratory, mechanical laboratory and dimming aging test laboratory. To ensure the accuracy and professionalism of testing, the verification center is equipped with multiple power automatic test systems (CP 9000), more than 20 programmable constant temperature and humidity chambers, IPX7/8 waterproof test equipment, 10KV/20KV lightning surge generators, electrostatic discharge generators, LED driver comprehensive performance testers, dimming aging test platforms and other advanced equipment. At the same time, the verification center is also equipped with various professional testing equipment such as Tektronix, MDO 3024, and JT6321 electronic loads. Most importantly, the verification center has a team of professional testing personnel to ensure the scientific, standardized and accurate testing work.  

 

The testing items of the verification center cover all aspects of LED driver products, including basic electrical performance tests, environmental reliability tests, electromagnetic compatibility tests, IP protection level tests, safety regulation tests, product life tests (MTBF), dimming simulation scenario tests, etc. These testing items are designed to comprehensively evaluate the performance and reliability of LED drivers and provide strong data support for the optimization and improvement of the company's products.

 

1. Basic electrical performance test

 

 

The basic electrical performance tests mainly include input characteristic tests, output characteristic tests, protection performance tests, dimming characteristic tests and other electrical performance tests for LED drivers. These test items can fully understand the electrical performance of the product under different working conditions and provide a basis for product design and optimization.

 

2. Environmental reliability test

 

 

The environmental reliability tests mainly include high temperature tests, low temperature tests, dual 85 extreme tests (85℃, 85% humidity), temperature changes, alternating damp heat, temperature shock/cold and hot sudden change tests, drop tests, vibration tests, salt spray tests, etc. These tests can simulate various harsh environments that LED driver products may encounter in actual use and evaluate the environmental adaptability and reliability of the products.  

 

3. Electromagnetic compatibility test

 

 

The electromagnetic compatibility tests mainly include EMI: conducted interference and radiated interference, harmonic current, etc., EMS: lightning surge immunity tests, electrostatic discharge immunity tests, electrical fast transient burst immunity tests, etc. These tests can evaluate the stability and anti-interference ability of LED driver products in complex electromagnetic environments and ensure that the products will not cause interference to other equipment in practical applications.

 

4. IP protection level test

 

 

The IP protection level tests mainly include IPX5~IPX8 waterproof level tests. These tests can evaluate the protection performance of LED driver products in different watertight level environments and provide a basis for the waterproof and dustproof design and improvement of the products.

 

5.Safety Regulation Test


The safety regulation tests mainly include withstand voltage tests, insulation resistance tests, grounding resistance tests, leakage current tests, etc. These tests can ensure the safety performance of LED driver products during normal use and reduce safety hazards.

 


 

6. Product Life Test


The product life tests (MTBF) can evaluate the service life and stability of LED driver products and provide references for product optimization and improvement.
