In order to ensure the quality and reliability of the LED driver power products produced by our company, the company established a verification center in 2013 and successfully passed the CNAS on-site review in 2023.

Dongli Power SupplyVerification Center covers an area of nearly 2,000 square meters and has several professional laboratories including electrical performance laboratory, safety laboratory, electromagnetic compatibility laboratory, environmental reliability laboratory, mechanical laboratory and dimming aging test laboratory. In order to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of the test, the verification center is equipped with several power automatic test systems (CP 9000), more than 20 programmable constant temperature and humidity chambers, IPX7/8 waterproof test equipment, 10KV/20KV lightning surge generator, electrostatic discharge generator, LED driver power comprehensive performance tester, dimming aging test platform and other advanced equipment. At the same time, the verification center is also equipped with various professional testing equipment such as Tektronix, MDO 3024, JT6321 electronic load, etc. The most important thing is that the verification center has a team of professional testing personnel to ensure the scientificity, standardization and accuracy of the testing work.

 

 

1. Basic electrical performance test

 

 

Basic electrical performance tests mainly include input characteristic tests, output characteristic tests, protection performance tests, dimming characteristic tests and other electrical performance tests on the driving power supply. These test items can fully understand the electrical performance of the product under different working conditions and provide a basis for product design and optimization.

 

2. Environmental reliability test

 

 

Environmental reliability tests mainly include high temperature tests, low temperature tests, Double 85 limit test (85℃, 85% humidity), temperature change, alternating damp heat, temperature shock/hot and cold sudden change test, drop, vibration, salt spray test, etc. These tests can simulate various harsh environments that power products may encounter during actual use and evaluate the environmental adaptability and reliability of the products.

 

3. Electromagnetic compatibility test

 

 

Electromagnetic compatibility tests mainly include EMI: conducted interference and radiated interference, harmonic current, etc., EMS: lightning surge immunity test, electrostatic discharge immunity experiment, electrical fast transient group pulse group immunity experiment, etc. These tests can evaluate the stability and anti-interference ability of power supply products in complex electromagnetic environments, ensuring that the products will not interfere with other equipment in actual applications.

Safety tests mainly include withstand voltage, insulation resistance test, connection resistance test, leakage current, etc. These tests can ensure the safety performance of power products during normal use and reduce safety hazards.
