To better meet market demands, DONE Power has decided to construct its second automated production line, which is nearing completion—marking a significant leap forward in intelligent and automated manufacturing.

The second automated production line of DONE Power mainly produces high-power vertical potting products such as MXG and MAS series, while also being compatible with horizontal potting product production. This production line can perform automatic withstand voltage testing, automatic grounding testing, automatic electrical function testing, automatic aging, automatic defective product sorting, and automatic unloading. With the completion of the second automated production line, DONE Power's production capacity will be significantly improved, featuring an intelligent aging configuration with 2,600 positions operating on a first-in-first-out basis, achieving a production capacity of 400-600 pieces per hour. Operating 20 hours per day, the daily output will reach 8,000-12,000 pieces. Based on 26 working days per month, the monthly output will be 200,000-300,000 pieces, with an annual output of approximately 2-3.3 million pieces, which will bring new opportunities and challenges for DONE Power's development.

The second automated production line will incorporate advanced intelligent manufacturing technologies, such as automated assembly, automated inspection, and automated packaging. These innovations will significantly enhance production efficiency, product quality, and overall competitiveness. Smart Power Production Base

In addition to the second production line, DONE Power has secured a site in Henglan Town, Zhongshan, for its High-Power Intelligent LED Driver Production Base project, spanning 68,800 square meters. Slated for completion and operation by May 2025, the first phase will introduce 10 additional automated LED driver production lines. At full capacity, the base is projected to produce 10 million high-power LED drivers annually! Upon completion, the "DONE High-Power Intelligent LED Driver Production Base" will become Zhongshan's largest LED driver industrial park. It is poised to set an industry benchmark, attracting a cluster of upstream and downstream enterprises to Henglan—further strengthening Zhongshan's lighting industry ecosystem!
