The second automated production line of Dongling Power Supply mainly produces vertical glue-filled high-power products such as MXG and MAS, and is also compatible with the production of horizontal glue-filled products. The production line can meet the functions of automatic withstand voltage test, automatic grounding test, automatic electrical function test, automatic aging, automatic sorting of defective products, and automatic unloading. With the completion of the second automated production line, the production capacity of Donling Power Supply will be greatly improved. The intelligent aging configuration has 2,600 positions. In the order of first-in, first-out, the production capacity can reach 400-600PCS/H. Calculated as 20 hours a day, the daily output can reach 8,000-12,000PCS/day. The monthly output is calculated as 26 days, with a monthly output of 200,000-300,000 units and an annual output of about 2 million-3.3 million units. This will bring new opportunities and challenges to the development of Donling Power Supply.

In addition to the completion of the second production line, Dongling Power has selected a site in Henglan Town, Zhongshan City to build a high-power LED smart power production base project with a construction area of 68,800 square meters. It is expected to be completed and put into production in May 2025. After the completion of the production base, the first phase of the project will add 10 automated LED driver power production lines. After the project capacity is fully reached, it is expected to produce 10 million high-power LED driver power supplies annually! After completion, the "Dongli High-Power LED Smart Power Supply Production Base" will become the largest LED driver power supply industrial park in Zhongshan. It will surely play a leading role in attracting a large number of upstream and downstream industries to gather in Zhongshan Henglan, and further expand and strengthen the lighting industry in Henglan and Zhongshan!
