When customers return defective products, you always say it's because of unstable power grid or too high or too low. How do you describe it specifically?

A

When the power grid is in phase imbalance, there are high-power mechanical equipment nearby, or the line contact is poor, the voltage may be too high, too low, or too high or too low for a moment, exceeding or falling below the power input range, causing damage to the power supply.

If the SEF series non-isolated power supply fails, will the light board burn out?

A

Damage to the non-isolated power supply will generally not burn the lamp bead board. Only when the positive and negative poles are broken down to form a circuit will the lamp bead board be damaged.

What is the reason for the flashing light during the use of the power supply? The light flickers during the aging process? Just replace the driver. The driver is returned to the factory for inspection and is a good product.

Interference from the on-site environment may cause occasional light flickering. It is recommended to use a dual-stage screen-free power supply in an environment with interference.

Do Dongling power supply products have a three-year or five-year warranty? Why can't Dongling power supply with quality problems be replaced immediately?

A

The warranty period for different power supply systems is two years, three years, and five years respectively. The cause can only be determined after testing. In special circumstances, the salesperson can submit an application for replenishment before returning the product.

Other companies can just take it and replace it, why do you have to test it first and then replace it, which makes customers can't wait. If the defective product I sold first and then returned is found to have a problem with the power supply, will you

For sporadic defective products, customers can purchase power supplies first to replace them, and return the defective products after replacement. In special cases, sales can submit an application for replenishment first and then return the products.

The light starts flashing after the power is used for a period of time

A

Product overvoltage protection. During power matching, the lamp board voltage is close to or exceeds the upper limit of the power supply voltage. Replace a more suitable driver to match.

Irregular jitter during power supply aging (or use)?

A

The light is on normally but flickers irregularly. First, determine which of our products is being used (most likely a non-certified product). Find out if there are any large electrical devices or signal towers around the customer that cause interference. We recommend that the customer replace the product with a certified series product.

The product warranty is 5 years. How many hours can it be used per day?

A

The normal working hours for indoor products are 8-10 hours, and for outdoor products 24 hours.

Q

What are the most common causes of drive damage?

A

The ambient temperature is too high, the grid voltage is abnormal (too high, too low), lightning surge, soaking in water for a long time, etc.
