Job description

1. Responsible for the daily cash and bank deposit collection and payment business to ensure that the accounts are consistent with the actual situation;

2. Register the cash diary and bank deposit diary, check the accounts every day to ensure that the accounts are clear and accurate;

3. Regularly prepare bank deposit balance reconciliation statements and deal with uncollected items in a timely manner;

4. Assist the financial manager to complete the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;

5. Handle all kinds of reimbursement and payment business to ensure that the documents are complete and compliant;

6. Cooperate with external audit institutions to complete the audit work and provide the required information;

7. Manage the company's bills to ensure the legality and security of the use of bills;

8. Timely feedback problems found in the work and put forward suggestions for improvement;

9. Complete other temporary work tasks assigned by superiors.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management and other related majors are preferred;

2. Have good professional ethics and team spirit, work conscientiously and responsibly, meticulously and patiently;

3. Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, etc.);

4. Those with junior accountant qualification certificate are preferred;

5. Have good communication and adaptability, and be able to deal with emergencies;
